We Built Something Different on Purpose

After years in construction and sales, Jack and Matt saw the same problems repeat themselves: projects oversold by salespeople who’d never pick up a tool, work handed off to rotating crews, and homeowners left wondering what they actually paid for.

DW Installations was founded to fix that. Every estimate comes from an owner. Every measurement is taken by the team doing the work. Every installation is managed start to finish by Jack or Matt — no hand-offs, no surprises.

Serving Central Massachusetts, we focus on window installation, door installation, and home remodeling projects where quality and clear communication aren’t optional extras — they’re the baseline.

Jack has been involved in construction and sales since high school and college, building both hands-on remodeling skills and a deep understanding of what homeowners actually need. He brings that experience to every project — from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.

Matt, Co-Owner of DW Installations

Matt started in construction straight out of high school, working alongside his father — and never looked back. Twenty-plus years later, he's a certified installer for Pella, Andersen, and Harvey windows and doors, and one of the most experienced hands in Central Massachusetts at getting that work done right. He co-founded DW Installations on the belief that homeowners deserve honest guidance and real craftsmanship, and he's on every job to make sure that's exactly what they get.
